Methods And Limits
CIC category windows are split across months. CIC sum can count the same domain in more than one category; CIC max is a lower-bound proxy, not a deduplicated union. SURBL reflects its archived top-list observations and may contain censored gaps rather than true zeroes.
EWMA is smoothing. Velocity and acceleration are changes in the normalized rate, not new-registration abuse. The cf_d field is a denominator-based stability indicator, not a confidence interval. Prices are context only and are not part of the ranking.
